Your company's work history has buyers.
AI labs now pay for the real record of how businesses run: email threads, tickets, CRM history, documents. Pinnacle prepares that record with the same team that secures it, removes what should never leave, and licenses it to qualified buyers on terms you approve. You keep the business and the data.

The public web ran out. Real work didn't.
Models are learning to do jobs
Labs are training AI to work inside companies: drafting, routing, deciding, following up. That takes examples of real work.
Your record is the example
Years of threads, tickets and files show how decisions actually get made. That context can't be faked with synthetic data.
Rights matter now
Buyers want data that is licensed from its owner and documented end to end. That is what we deliver, and what they pay for.
Every system tells part of the story.
The more of your operation a dataset covers, and the more years behind it, the more it's worth.

What drives value
- 01Years of history
- 02How many of your systems connect to each other
- 03Decision-rich work: approvals, negotiations, escalations
- 04Clean, consistent records
- 05Ongoing data rather than a one-off export
From first call to first payment.
- 01
Assess
A free data assessment. We map your systems, volumes and years of history without touching your data, and tell you what is licensable.
- 02
Scope & sign
You decide what is in and what is out. One license agreement covers scope, term, use and your earnings.
- 03
Prepare
Pinnacle engineers extract the approved scope and de-identify it to a documented standard. You review samples before anything is released.
- 04
Place & get paid
We take the finished dataset to qualified buyers and handle every conversation. You are paid as licenses close, and ongoing data can mean ongoing revenue.
Typical time from assessment to first offer: about one week.
Know a business sitting on years of records?
Pinnacle partners introduce data owners and earn on every license that closes. Already a partner? Data deals go through the same pipeline you use today.
Sourcing proprietary SMB operational data?
Licensed from the owner, de-identified to a documented standard, with industry depth in legal, accounting, financial advisory, insurance and healthcare.
Straight answers.
The questions owners ask us first. Anything else, ask us directly.
Who owns the data after we license it?
You do. A license grants defined use for a defined term. Ownership never transfers.
What does this cost us?
Nothing. Pinnacle is paid from the licensing proceeds.
Do we have to be a Pinnacle IT client?
No. Clients get a faster assessment because we already know their environment, but any established business can apply.
How much work is it for our team?
A discovery call, a scope decision and a sample review. Pinnacle does the extraction and preparation.
Who sees our raw data?
A small, named Pinnacle engineering team under logged access. For healthcare practices, patient information is handled only by a qualified de-identification partner under a business associate agreement. Buyers only ever receive the de-identified dataset.
Will anyone know it is our data?
Your company is not named publicly or in the dataset, and buyers are introduced under NDA.
Can healthcare practices take part?
Often, yes. HIPAA allows a practice to create de-identified data, and once data meets HIPAA's standard the Privacy Rule no longer restricts its use, which opens a route to licensing. A qualified third-party de-identification company, working under a signed business associate agreement, processes the selected notes, emails and chats, including attachments and metadata, to the Safe Harbor or Expert Determination standard and documents the result. Identifiable patient information never goes to Pinnacle or a buyer. Your practice and counsel confirm licensing rights, existing agreements and state law, and approve the final dataset before anything is released.
What is excluded?
By default: privileged legal communications, protected health information, payment card data, HR files and credentials. You can exclude more.
How and when are we paid?
By wire transfer, within 30 days of each license closing. Ongoing data can mean ongoing payments.
Can we stop?
Yes, under the term and deletion clauses in your agreement. Ongoing feeds can be paused.
What do buyers use it for?
Training and evaluating AI systems that do business work. Use is limited to what the license allows.
